"This is a small family run hotel and resturant. The owner is the chef, and the food is excellent. He has an extensive wine list, so if you are a connoisseur of wine- then this is the place for you! The resturant is amazing, beautifully lit with candles. The owner is a lovely person, and made my partners birthday weekend one which we will not forget. Thank you so much for your friendliness, kindness and hospitality. "

"Great stay. Room was huge family room, comfy beds and clean. We ate in hotel restaurant and food was tasty and service was good at dinner and breakfast next morning. "

"A 1 night stay for work reasons. The pub and food are excellent with a good selection at a reasonable price. My room was comfortable but very cold due to the old leaking sash windows. All in all for the price it's ok for a 1 night stay. "

"Mainly very good rooms, comfortable and clea. However, they are currently refurbishing the corridors which badly need it, so one side of hotel has scaffolding attached. Very polite lady on reception and good value breakfast."

"The staff were friendly and polite the room was clean n big enough for me shops minute away pub 100yrds away buses into kettering Corby Market Harbrough at end of street for thoses that dont drive. Would recomend this hotel and would defenitly stay there again and its not expensive."

"This is a lovely cosy B&B. The breakfast was brilliant (smoked salmon plus home made marmalade) and service excellent too. My room was very spacious, one small point - the bathroom was so hot, even though I turned off the towel rail socket the rail was still roasting. I can really recommend for business stays around Corby. I'd love to bring my wife here for a short stay to explore Rutland. "
