"We have stayed 4x here and it is very convenient to main road, dog friendly, easy parking. First experience good with tapas/ bar/ dinner. 2nd just had tapas in bar. 3rd - restaurant closed but dinner served in bar, post covid seemed staffing problems, very slow service. Arrived last night after very long drive. No food. Receptionist took pity on us and made a sandwich. It was Epiphany but it’s still a hotel so the basics should be available. "The property didn't have any maintenance for a long time. The breakfast was a cup of coffee and 2 toast with butter nothing else You have to call to get in the hotel and i was waiting for 2 hours in order to get responde, the front door is lock with a phone number to call for me this is the worst hotel i ever been "

"Very convenient stopover - just off the main road south to Madrid. The rooms are very adequate and the cafeteria serves nice snack foods. There is a restaurant which opens at 21.00 hrs which was too late for us. Would happily stay again. If you need some exercise after your arrival - walk to the very well preserved castle nearby."

"Amazing building, great service, but the rooms need bringing into the 21st century. Very dated, however exceptionally clean and we slept well and enjoyed a decent breakfast in the morning. "

"The hotel was not clean...our room had used toilet paper..no clean toilet brush..there was fluff and hair blowing around in the corridor...communication with the one man who seemed to be working there was met with a shrug of the shoulders. Your description of the hotel was incorrect...there is no bar!"

"So, this hotel is beautiful, has gorgeously appointed rooms (got a glance at a suite - awesome), the people are really nice, and if you are looking for a rural retreat, this is THE place to be. There were two things that took a little of the shine off of our stay: 1) There were a bunch of flies. The lady at the front desk said that we could have asked for spray, but then we'd be smelling bug spray all night and 2) No WiFi. I can understand if they want to encourage separation from day-to-day...

"The room was spacious, but does not have a window. I felt like I am a prisoner. The hotel does not have emergency exit as well. In the case of fire, you are dead. The toilet does not flush after you flushed once. You have to wait more than 15 mins. You can't escape!"
