On checkout, we had a 2 hour window until we left Ljubljana, and the concierge kindly let us keep our luggage in the secured room and an extra important bag behind the desk with her. "I shall have read the negative reviews on google because they were all true. I had to ask to change the sheet directly because even if they looked clean, there was many blood traces on them, blood traces on the wall of the room also, the room was not clean and very small. When I arrived I understood why the windows was wide open, as soon as I closed it the unbelievable smell of sewer came from the bathroom, the shower was not working properly… what else to say ? Thanks to the young lady...
