The front lobby was already locked before midnight, and there was no doorbell to ring the front desk, had to google the number and call for the front to be opened, it was -20 degrees outside. "

While we do our best to speak French when addressing staff at the hotel, they cheerfully do their best to speak to us in English. Rouyn Noranda is a friendly, vibrant and walkable city. We always enjoy shopping in the quality stores that we encounter throughout the city."
