"Very conflicted about this hotel and I don't think I would recommend it. The basic twin room we booked was not really like the pictures on here, but it was fine - very small. No air conditioning so during a heat wave this was very uncomfortable - there was a door to a balconette which we opened only to have an invasion of bugs in the room. The staff member seemed quite unfriendly when we arrived - when we had originally booked on Expedia it said until 10pm, only on the day of our arrival did we...

"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

Cheap Mini bar. Restaurant and Severely over priced bar. A bottle of vodka in Brno is about 7 Euro give or take. They sold me a 70cL bottle for $86. "The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. "Really like this hotel. The hotel itself is very confortable, extremely good value but the best thing is the restaurant. The food is outstanding plus whether you sit in or out the ambiance is nice. Not much to do in the town during the week and like too many hotels the wifi is rubbish if I have to write any negatives."
