"Location of the hotel was amazing. So close to everything and walking distance to most sights. Hotel was clean and had a relaxed and contemporary vibe. Access to unlimited filtered water. Rooms were small but not unexpected - they were as described on the website (more hangers and hooks please). Staff all very welcoming, accommodating and friendly and would definitely recommend it and stay here again "

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "

"This was the first hotel we stayed in on our trip to Ireland. There was a grocery store across the street perfect for picking up snacks. And easy bus access into town to see the lighthouse and other restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here."

"The rooms have clearly been recently redone to a high standard. The room we were in was not huge but were well sized with very high ceilings. The bathroom was was big with a large shower. Overall, it was perfect for our stay!"
