Extensive Breakfast is included (except my cappuccino). Staff is great. Romantic. There are large, modern "cottages" (like townhouses) for families or bigger groups. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature was just right. The bathroom, especially the shower, was excellent. The receptionist was extremely nice, friendly, and informative, which made check-in and my stay even better. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. "Beautiful B&B in a lovely area only a short driving distance from Waterford City. I had a large, comfortable room - everything was pristinely clean, and the shower was superb. Breakfast was a real treat, with an excellent variety on the menu, and tiny home made (warm!) scones accompanying whatever you chose. The guest lounge was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery and delph, comfortable couches, and a 'drop and swap' area for books. I would highly recommend a stay in Samuel's...
