"Fabulous stay, to end my 3 weeks South African tour. The room large, windows expansive view of the pool. Separate toilet room. Breakfast and dinner option was a plus. The Club house was a relaxed"

"We have stayed at the Garden Court before and the overall stay was the great. The breakfast is excellent. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they had no record of our booking. They eventually found it on Expedia.com and had to create a new booking for us. It took over an hour to get our accommodations sorted out."

"It has gated underground parking lots with guards. The room itself was ok and clean. Fairly small but manageable however the bathroom is relatively small, but warm water came out instantly. Although I had no breakfast and dinner booked, I could easily go and pay it after finished. Somehow they made a small mistake about the reservation of the room. So that someone else knocked at my door in the middle of the night what has cost my sleep. That was not ok."

"The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. Went back downstairs and complained to another worker who gave us instructions on how to fix the issue, but we were unable to do it. He came...

"Very enjoyable stay. Perfectly located right next to Loftus Versfeld, shops and restaurants. The staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel - the only slight inconvenience was the fact that late nigt room service wasn't an option. Overall though, fantastic!"
