"Really nice hotel with a good choice at breakfast. Secure parking was at a cost of €3.50 a day. I did think that i had already paid for parking in the option chosen when booking but the lady at reception said that it was incorrect on Hotels.com. We stayed on a Monday night and there were hardly any places to eat that were open at teatime, I'm sure on a Friday or Saturday night though there would have been a larger choice. Would stay again."

"We stay here overnight en route to Italy as it is convenient being just off of the main road. We have done the same now for 15 years, and have always stayed at this property. It is starting to look a little tired and dated from the outside nowadays, but the rooms are still clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. "Gutes Hotel mit schöner Außenanlage und Lobby, ca. 15 Minuten entfernt von Colmar. Kleines aber sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit WiFi. Frühstück kostet 15 Euro und war qualitativ ok, aber irgendwie dysfunktional. Das Personal war völlig überfordert, Besteck, Teller und Speisen (z.B. Rührei) wurden nicht nachgefüllt. "

"Unfortunately the bathroom needed a shower screen or curtain over the bath. There was no soap etc, not good after Covid. There was no bottled water in the room. The bed was very hard. However, the hotel has a lovely ambience, unchanged for many years of our visiting. "

"Near the Colmar train station and centre of bus network. Very clean, well-run and organized. Very good breakfast (extra). Front desk staff very helpful, fluent in English and German too. Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets. "Well located within walking distancevof the delightful village if Eguishiem. Reception staff helpful . Reception hours where a little short onlynope 6 hours a day. Swimming pool was good. Room was adequate but needed a good dusting. Plenty of towels provided. "

"If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay"
