"We had a wonderful stay, and as the name states, we were always with a smile. Such lovely owners, always ready to help. They even went out of their way to give us a lift with their own car. "The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."

"Diego was very friendly and helpful. He did a superb job of running the house practically single handed. The breakfast was delicious and the drinks at the bar were served so well. Lovely fresh beer and wine. The cleaning staff worked very hard too- nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the spa too. The panoramic view was breathtakingly beautiful.The area of Selvino is very picturesque and spotlessly clean. We visited a bar and a pizzeria- both with very friendly staff and delicious food, wine and beer. We will definitely go back and hope to take our grandchildren too"

"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager who I believe is the owner was very kind and hospitable. The location is perfect with plenty of on street parking. The hotel is very clean and I felt comfortable. I do t believe in the area you will find any better. This is top of the line for the area although may night be top of the line for American standards. I am very grateful for the service and hospitality I received at this very nice hotel "
