"Overnight stay travelling south Parking a little difficult but owner found a space outside the front entrance which was just fine The staff were1st class in making sure that my stay was excellent "

"The property needs some improvement, especially on the bathroom side, and thee swimming pool even if 'fit for purpose' would need extra care; breakfast is particularly poor even if it is appreciated serving homemade cakes alongside croissants - improvements are needed in the egg preparation and related. With such improvements the property could certainly become a 3***Plus and be the better one around."

"No complaints at all. Staff were friendly, the place was clean, quiet, cool (not hot - end of July trip!), well priced, parking was easy and it had covid19 screens . The only very minor problem was with the room safe for which the instructions were in Italian (and we don't speak it!). 5 minutes 'playing' sorted that. Overall we would definitely stay there again."

"We were there for just one night. Easy parking underground the hotel but you have to go and ask the desk staff to open the gate. We had an amazing view of the countryside from our balcony so make sure you ask for that view. Host was very kind. The hotel is a little older and has basic amenities. The morning breakfast was amazing! "

The absolute lack of education and customer service is astonishing, to the point that they don`t answer your salute or aren`t able to indicate where the room is. Basically this people should just change job and let professionals take care of the hotel "
