"The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and clean. The only negative was the shower head and lack of pressure (obviously water saving device) that failed to deliver enough water and just managed to get out some of the conditioner! I spoke to management and good news is they are preparing for a refurb of the rooms including a change in the shower units - it definitely wasn’t what I expected from a Hyatt hotel."

"This hotel is located ideally for LAX airport. The area is quiet however, many of the guests are not the rooms are good, mostly clean the hotel lobby and other areas are very clean. I would like to see them use their security to control the guest more there is a lot of marijuana smoking in the hallways And loud conversations."
