"My stay at the Residence Inn in Hazleton, PA met most of my expectations. The closet was about half the size of a normal one. It was not large enough for two people. The bathroom sink emptied painfully slowly. The furniture was adequate, but with wear and tear. The person in charge of breakfast was extremely kind and considerate. The food choices were average and had adequate amounts. The trash cans did not have bags. We asked at the front desk and they gave us one, when asked. I never saw...

"The local contact person was very nice, we had a little hiccup at check-in which they resolved immediately. The place was clean, well-stocked and welcoming. Since the weather wasn't great while we were there, it was nice having a garage to park in. We stayed for a weekend to visit Jim Thorpe and the drive from there to Jim Thorpe was only 16 minutes. We would stay here again. "

"My husband and I came to get away from our busy lives and enjoy our honeymoon. Unfortunately we were sick most of the time, but Quail Hollow provided us a nice and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I would however change some things. The furniture is a little out of date, not very comfortable (bed&couch). It was nice to have a gym but it was very limited and rundown, but we were grateful to have something for exercise. The thermostat was super wonky...we woke up in horrible hot flashes every night....

"It's not a bed and breakfast home. It's an old building under repairs. The mattress was confortable. The room is really small. The bathroom is too small. Also, I found hairs on the ground and on the shower. The door for entering in the room is not tight to the frame. You see in the hallway and light is on. I won't return."
