Great location that was quiet but only a short walk to the downtown. 2. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, made us feel like wr were more than just guests. 3. "Die Küche ist wirklich exzellent! Wir haben viel mehr gegessen als wir eigentlich wollten. Das Schwimmbad ist relativ groß. Das ganze Hotel ist aber schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. unmöglich hohe Toilettensitze, kein Lift). Aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar! Geheimtipp für nach dem Essen: ein Gläschen Waldbeerenlikör :-)"

"We loved this hotel. Upon arrival festival music was being played for a party. Had dinner in the dining room. WONDERFUL Bavarian cuisine and beer. It's a small hotel and was perfect. Can't say enough about the kindness of staff. Friendly and helpful. We have already decided to come back as a destination instead of just a one night stop."

"This hotel and the owner John made this stay absolutely perfect. He will bend for any needs one has and he makes the stay so comfortable for any visitors. Upon arrival we were 2.5 hours early to check-in, there was no fuss, and we were shown to our room. We questioned about bike rentals and he had two for free for us to use for one day, no problems.
