"The amenities available are above expectations, the check in experience not so much. The desk clerk was not personable at all. I was initially concerned how this trip was going to go based on the first impression interaction. But after that hiccup things went well. The hotel was clean , the sauna, hot tub and pool were amazing. The lady doing the breakfast had limited English but she still went above and beyond to make breakfast an enjoyable experience . "

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel and room was clean and we receive great customer service with a friendly staff. My only issue is they stop serving breakfast 15 minutes earlier than the time they were supposed to stop. Me and my family arrived late and we were tired so we were not able to get up as soon as breakfast started, but we wanted to ensure that we got there before the breakfast ended. By the time we got there, the lady that was servicing the dining area had put up everything...

"Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Reception was very friendly. Would stay here again! Only downside was staff was not knowledgable about/didn’t have any gluten free breakfast choices."
