"My first room was not good it was noisy and echoing from rainfall all night. My second stay was much better the room faced the outside with large window and less cramped. A few of the staff in the cafeteria and restaurant were not so friendly."

"We really enjoyed our stay with our two young children. Our family room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There are lots of nice restaurants and shops close to the hotel, with the city sights a nice walk away (the beach was also only a 15 minute drive in a reasonably priced taxi).
