Tea coffee facilities in room. No bathrobe provided although this is a spa facility. Towels in room can be used for spa but they are not bath sized. "Not great, started off great with early checkin but then on returning about 4.30 found that there were no towels in the room, no duvet covers or pillow cases , the safe was shut and unable to open and very few electrical outlets. Also no kettle in the room to make a cuppa after climbing stairs as there was no lift and i was on the 4th floor"

"The hotel is overall good, but we experienced that there was an odor of cesspool in the room. We did have the window open, but then closed it and the smell remained. Maybe the smell came from the toilet. In any case, that was the least pleasant experience."

"Advertised as 4 star, but inside room evac.plan says 3 star . In reality a 3 star bar and restaurant and 2 star rooms. Rooms tired, i.e. walls dirty, wallpaper peeling, furnishings old, badly scratched, cobwebs, broken window fastening, mould in bathroom, shower eithef too hot or cold, toiletries (only soap dispenser) cheap. Bar closed before 2200hrs (staff said as only 4 customers it was pointless staying open) and would only offer beer, wine or tea after 2145hrs. When we made comment to...

"Lovely place to stay. The 2 bedroom apartment was huge and very comfortable. Restaurant next door is also a big bonus. The road outside can be quite loud though. Overall I would highly recommended this place. "
