"Stayed here for 1 night very basic hotel and only 4 sun loungers for the whole of the hotel and no seating around the pool."

"Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop."
