"One night there. Receptionist was good. A woman very nice. Also next morning the gentleman servicing breakfast too. The not so good is the swimming pool that room was not warm and water not so hot especially when outside was snowing. The dinner was the other thing. Food was good and portions were great but the maitre or waiter was not very helpful at all."

The accommodation we were in (1bed family/sleep6) was slightly smaller than the ones in the photos but ideal for 2 adults and 2 teenagers prepared to use a bunk bed in a room that was not technically a bedroom, probably due to it’s size, but worked well for us. "Having read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own).
