"This was my first time in Pittsburgh and after my experience i will definitely be coming back. The hotel was amazing. Friendly staff that helped us plan a day trip. rooms were great, breakfast was good and the gym and pool are great additions to the already fantastic hotel. 10 out of 10"

"The staff was great. The free breakfast was great. The man taking care of the breakfast area was so friendly and the variety was excellent. However, the carpet in front of the elevator on the second floor was badly stained. Our room carpets were also stained. No liners in the trash cans and at times the smell of marijuana in the hall was horrible. Also the top on the toilet tank did not fit properly. The cost for two nights was a little high. "

"We stayed for one night. The rooms were clean and in great shape. My one beef is with hotels that switch the Hot and Cold of their showers. When you look on the shower handle it tells you in which direction to move the handle for the shower. It's the reverse which is annoying as you stand there with the cold water spraying on you. *shrug* First World problems. :)"
