"Overall the hotel was very nice with great customer service. However, the hotel is geared to families even tonan extent of it being a negative. Kids were sitting at the the hotel bar, all night and the kids play area was open early in the morning and late at night making sleeping comfortably nearly impossible. The bed was not great and pillows terrible. Secondly, the hotel didn't take any additional precautions to limit covid conditions, people were coughing with no masks ok the restaurant area...

"Amazing stay in a historic old building. Nice village. Staff was very friendly, room was immaculate. Very pretty. My wife and I had a little picnic dinner on the balcony. It was just great. "It was a cute little hotel! The room was clean and we had plenty of space. The wifi was a little iffy at times, but overall it worked fairly well. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition. The man who ran the hotel had spots set up for each of the guests when we came downstairs for breakfast. There was also a heated room downstairs o store skis/snowboards and boots to make sure they were dry by the next morning (and they didn't have to clutter up the room). "Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."
