"Hotel was in an ideal location for what we needed (japfest in Silverstone). The room was a good size, we had a double bed and a single bed and there was still plenty of floor space. The room was clean, but showed signs of use (marks on walls, paint chipped off etc), still great for the price. There was 1 very flat pillow for everyone, and I couldn't find any extra, but asked on reception and they provided extras with no issues. "We were impressed with the staff and service. However, the walls seemed paper thin as we could hear the coversations of the people next door. The toilet flushing was extreemly loud and the lighting was terrible, particularly if we needed to get up in the middle of the night, as it was pitch black - we had to leave the bathroom light on all night with the door slightly ajar. Very disappointing."
