"Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel! "

"Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Was mich bei meinem 2. Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. "No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. "Super stay family friendly all the staff spoke well English and prices are fair we enjoyed our stay and do recommend it !"

"Very clean rental apartment with sufficient amenities for 3 night stay. Staff were very hospitable and gracious. Only request would be to provide additional towels and larger in size for bathroom / showers as well as Kleenex tissue. Location in the mountain region is very serene and quiet. Short drive to nearby cities / towns of Sumperk and Jesenik...Plan to return and stay again in the coming future."
