The actual property is showing a little age, but is attended to with very clean care, comfortable bedding, linens and supplies. "Beautiful city and the hotel is located in a really good location. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. However the rooms were a little dated and in need of some upgrades. We stopped over for a night and its a good hotel to spend a night and explore the lovely city. "

"Unbelievable customer service...the front staff went far amd beyond her duty. We asked for for transporarion info, which she answered to the best of her knowledge. BUT she went far beyond that. After we left front desk, she researched more infor we needed and WENT up to our room to show us more info that we needed and translated words we did not understand. Absolute professionalism, kind hearted, and showed me humanity in action."
