The welcoming staff at Riad Andalla sets this guesthouse apart. The hotel arranged in advance $20 taxi and $25 set menu tagine dinner on the rooftop overlooking the square. "We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Couleurs du Sud. Our room was clean and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had plenty of sun loungers, tables & chairs, and had a welcome breeze in the evenings. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were flexible about serving it early when we had a full day tour and had to leave early. The Riad staff were really helpful and friendly. I was really pleased that I booked this particular Riad and would stay here again."

"Some reviews are very negative but I don’t understand how. The staff is SOOOO friendly. They let me check in 4 hours early with no charge, they did my laundry for me, even though it’s not a typical service, I stayed in two different rooms (I had two separate reservations) and both of them were very clean and cute. They even put flowers all over your room! Security was great and they got to know my face. But at first asked to see my room card when entering the property, which is how it should be....

"This property is located just 2 minutes walk to historic mosque and a short walk (7 minutes walk) to main square. Staff is amazing and each room is decorated beautifully. "We love this riad! The entire personnel was attentive and caring. They greet you with a smile and it feels welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast but did not eat dinner at the riad. There are wonderful restaurants at walking distance and we wanted to explore those. One evening we requested a beverage on the rooftop and they came to us. Our mattress was comfortable and had plenty of hot water for the shower. Would definitely come back to stay there again."

"I chose this Riad since it was good value and also had the pools and spa. I booked the spa package which was excellent and refreshing. Place isn't new but it's charming and I had a nice stay there. The breakfast was simple but nice, beds comfortable and they had air-conditioning which is much needed as it was very hot. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, very helpful and friendly. Overall it was an excellent stay."

"I’ll start off good then end with the negatives. First, we had the nicest reception guy ever! He even fetched us a taxi one day because we were having a hard time. Super sweet guys! However, no one mentioned this location isn’t drivable. You have to walk there from a busy area which may be fine during the day but not for 2 girls at midnight. And they don’t have a sign! So we had to knock on neighbors doors until we found the right one. "
