Parking was manageable at the roadside, and the lift ideal between floors. They were rude and it wasn’t till the next day that I was able to get persistently by me, asking for another room and I think it’s terrible. The fact that the shower was not working and I could not facilitate another room for me, or fix it for that matter. "
