"Travelled with a big family and we enjoyed the big and spacious rooms that allowed us to stay comfortably. There was only one or two spots under the table that was dirty (we had to shift it to pick an item that fell). There are several types of bathroom. The ones with the bathtub beside the shower has more space and is more comfortable. The water pressure is good! Hotel staff were responsive and fast when we requested for items. "Huge hotel, great service. Right on the beach but you have to walk a bit to get to the Sandy beach part as rocks right in front of hotel. Nice spa. Bikes available for hire"

"Great stay at HaiKou Westin. Its near to lots of city flagship attraction by car. Easy to get a taxi from this hotel and its usually a 10min ride. The hotel is by the century bridge and park which makes it a nice place for evening stroll and chillax dinning place are aplenty around. Room is of good size with the amenities as expected of Westin- type hotel."

"The hotel is comfortable and takes care of little details evident in how the room was designed and amenities provided. For eg, light switches are conveniently located, with 2 toilet door openings with one near the bed and you don’t need to find your way in the dark. The sink has 2 taps to accommodate 2 persons. There is also a weighing scale, useful if you need to check the weight, including your luggage. You scan the key card to enter the room and there is zero failure rate unlike those cards...

"what attracted us to this hotel was the pool and the hot spring, the two could be done with a good scrub, the hotel its self is a bit shabby, the room service could be a lot better, food not to bad but a bit pricey not excellent but as far as Chinese hotels go it was a pleasant enough stay."

"The staff are excellent at this hotel and do go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The condition of the hotel is a little old, slow elevators, corridors and the lobby are open and have no air conditioning do by the time you go anywhere you are uncomfortably hot. The location is far from anything so maybe a shuttle could be offered to help those without a car or bus information easily accessible would also help.
