"Loved our stay very comfortable property with a lovely included breakfast. We had a room on the first floor and we used the lift, however there are some rooms that seem to be in between first and second floors and stairs were the only way to get there. Just mentioning this in case you were unable to carry your luggage up the stairs. Would definitely stay again"

"The location was great for a wedding we were going to, and the place was very affordable. No desk check in was a little odd, but we were able to get into our room, just before midnight on the day we checked in with no issues. It was very warm in the room and in the hallway outside, though the lobby area was clearly air conditioned, no problem at night as we were able to open our windows to let the cool night air in. "The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract...
