"Checkin did not offer welcome drink nor mentioned it. Overall staff responsiveness was lacking. Called room service at 6:00 AM for coffee and no one answered for a while. When it was answered we were told that they ran out of milk. First time I am hearing a hotel saying they do not have milk which is very basic. "

Hotel staff is very good. For food tea etc faced trouble. If i had booked this room directly had got it on a very cheaper rate then the hotels.com. due to information not given by hotel.com regarding not availability of kitchen at the property, face big problem. No wifi "

"It was horrible.Sheets were filthy,walls were dirty,Kettle was smelling.Elevator very dirty.Bugs in room.we checked out in 6hrs and moved to hotel across the street.Staff was trying to be helpful."

"This is a horrible property.. first they could not find booking and then said they found it but did not get money.. so they made us pay the money again.. then they said international IDs were not accepted and declined to give the room.. they insulted us and our two kids.. the folks at goroomgo was worst and they started sweating at me.. so stay away from all goroomgo hotels like the plague.. orbitz did not help and so have to dispute transaction with credit card hotel"
