"If you want a nice, peaceful, away from everything kind of place, then this is your stop. Up on top of the mountains, you have a fantastic view all around you. It is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully. The rooms are quite basic, no fridge, soap stuffs, but it is still a great lodge. The owners are very nice and amazing folks who will do what they can to make your stay pleasant. This was definitely a relaxing stay for me."

Very hot room in July with no air conditioning, no table to work. Breakfast frugal. Coffee machine not working, had to ask staff 3 times to empty it add water etc.. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist sehr nah an der Donau, aber kann auch vom Haus aus Wanderungen unternehmen. Krems, Melk und Spitz sind mit Auto oder Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen. The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder.
