We knew the hotel reception was due to close at 23:00 and we thought we might be right up against it, so rang Hotel Los Arcos as soon as we had collected our bags to let them know the situation and again once we were on the road. They were great! A lovely lady named Rosa was very helpful, her English was very good so we could confirm an approximate time of our arrival. "Had a really lovely stay at the Arrayanes Plays Hotel. The room was great with a really comfortable bed. The balcony provided a beautiful view across the bay with amazing sunrises. The pool was a good size with great views too. The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout my stsy"

"The property was a little tricky to find. It needs a satnav for sure, as it is set back off a busy road. At first it takes you to the banquet, conference rooms, which we're totally empty & eerily quiet upon arrival. The hotel is off to the right of this. The hotel itself is overlooking the sea & my room had great sea views. The pool area is nice too. In places it looks a little tired but the room was nice, bed comfortable & area very peaceful. I would stay again"

"It was a great stay, the staff were very friendly, the pool and gardens were attractive and well kept. Playa del Maro beach is a hidden gem and about half hours walk, and the caves are 200m away from the hotel, both a must visit. I felt very chilled out staying there. Big thank you to the staff. "
