"A great holiday was ruined by no water being available on the last day of our holiday which meant no opportunity to shower or clean up before we went home at 4pm. No alternative given or no recompense to compensate for the inconvenience left a bitter taste in the mouth and a tainted view of our holiday "

"We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon. "

"Bad start to our stay. Booked a table for dinner on the first night. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. Really bad communication. The accommodation itself was good and the reception staff were excellent "

"The property was so well kept, staff were all very keen to help and had proud in their work. The apt was very spacious, clean had everything you needed if you wanted to do self catering. We had an apt in the corner so we didn't have a front terrace or balcony which was a bit disappointing but it was nice and quiet and more privacy then. "Arrived at apartments to a friendly welcome from the young female on reception and it continued with every other staff member especially the ladies who clean the apartments. Apartment cleaned almost everyday during our stay with yet another set of fresh towels (3rd set during our week's stay), the day before we left, a first for us in a self catering apartment. Will definitely return in future. :)"

"La Penita is in a great location. Check in was very pleasant and quick. Our apartment was clean enough and had plenty of kitchen equipment. The towels are small and very well worn. Maid came twice during our stay and again on day before we left to empty bin and leave clean towels. The beds are two singles pushed together , we found that to be very uncomfortable. "We think Costa Mar is very well situated between to livlier places each 15 mins walk away. Pocillos is quiet with a large Spar supermarket opposite (good prices). 3 places to eat . We think, La Marisma is the nicest, food very good, waiters/owner are very nice people. The beach is large with nice sand.
