"A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this gem of a mountain town."

"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you! "

"Stay was pleasant with an amazing view. Close to the center of Zakopane, Gubalowka. We had to pay 12 zl when we checked in- no idea for what? Breakfast and pass for the swimming pool and hot terms were included. Unfortunately, we haven't got a bath plug to our bath. So we couldn't have a batha, the shower was very poor. I had to wait 1 day for the staff to find a bath plug! Remember to bring your own bath plug!"

"Very good hotel, would stay again, only one issue tou have to email the appartment 24 hiurs in advance ti get bookong in details, dont know why they just didnt awnd the details, i had to wait over half hour to get hold of someone as my calls wernt a swered resolved to whatsapp massaging only and the instructions wernt clear. Bit stressfull but after that no issues"

"Lovely apartment (book top floor if you can). Nice views to the mountains. Really efficient and stylish design. Quiet but very close to the Main Street. Free underground parking. Loved this stay and would stay again "
