"This should be listed as a hostel and not a hotel. The bed is horrible, you can feel every spring in the mattress. It says no smoking but our room smelled very intensely of cigarettes as well as a jar of butts on the window seal. We were provided no towels and when asked for a towel the host argued that we had them in the room. The bathroom is across the hall so not very “private” and there is zero hot water. I got a partial refund for how horrible our stay was. Do not recommend!"
