"This place was a beautiful gem and good location between major parks in the Dolomites. The only improvement I would make would be to have better wifi (only worked slowly on our balcony) and have a refrigerator in the room. Other than that it was comfy cozy. "

"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair...

"A beautiful property! The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and while I liked it, my wife found the decor a bit odd with its use of unfinished wood furniture. The breakfast buffet the next morning was excellent (the spread and the service). The hotel location is also great and very scenic! "Good and convenient place to stay for our visit to the beautiful Krimml Waterfalls, 20 minutes away by bus!"

"Pretty good overall. Room was comfy and well appointed. WiFi worked ok. The only issue was the lacking of soundproofing in the walls. Was extremely noisy from a nearby room at night. Primary reason for a hotel room is to get some sleep. At this it failed. Such a shame, other than that it was fine."
