"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. "Wonderful location in the Austrian alps. Very clean. Innervillgraten is a picturesque village that is only about 5-10 minutes away by car. It was fascinating watching the fields be tended to on the side of the mountains which seemed impossible to stand on."
