"Pretty average hotel, No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room. Beds very comfortable on the plus side and rooms cleaned daily. Hotel extremely noisy at night 3 - 4.30am every morning drunken groups shouting and singing loudly. Then refuse lorries emptying bins every morning around 7am. So not much sleep. Meals very basic and repetitive not much to variety. Hotel staff however very friendly. "

"Hotel Araxa was easy to travel to by foot from Santa Catalina or on the bus. It's close to route 4 so easy to reach the lovely beach at ses Illetes. There is a large supermarket close by. Excellent welcome as I was able to check in a little early and I was given a room upgrade. I would definitely return if staying in Palma again."

"Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff."

"The reception was incredibly helpful. We had trouble driving in the alley and they took over and drove it to parking. Room is great. Terrace is lovely. Breakfast is very cute. A well-maintained hotel with attention to detail."

"SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT STAY! Our room was flooded on the first night due to the drainage, so I called reception and all they could say was someone will fix tomorrow. All our stuff was soaked which was very annoying. Following day they had said it'd been fixed, but the problem remained. They eventually agreed to change room but didn't even offer any compensation despite it being a downgrade. If not for the issue above, the stay would have been mediocre at best anyway, food was incredibly...

"Really nice stay. Reception and staff were really helpful friendly people that could speak multiple languages. We stayed on level 3 in the outdoor house section, we didn’t have a good view out of the window as we were near where the walkway to the stairs to the pool were which was behind the hotel really and payed for the standard room, but we still had a private balcony area with two chairs and a table. Our room was nice, had everything we needed, however the air conditioning didn’t work which...

"Hote Playa is right across the beach, which is great. But that's about all the good I can say about this hotel. The rooms have the bare minimum, 2 beds with paper thin mattresses, a night stand, and a small tv. The towels are old and almost see thru, some had even been ripped in two and sewn around the edges. The walls were extremely thin, and the conversations from adjacent rooms could be clearly heard. For the price, I would have expected a lot more."
