"This was a nightmare, and not at all as advertised. Should not be listed on Hotels.com. We were the only customers of the whole place, our car was the only car. Felt very insecure. No restaurant. The offered to run into town and get us food, but we pay! The staff was one receptionist. Saw the manager pass through, but he was totally unfriendly and unwelcoming. No furniture on the balcony, no lights on in the whole building! After dark, we were prisoners in our room. Hallways were dark,...

"Beautiful location in the mountains. The woman at check-in gave us a map of the area and told us what to see and do. She also gave us a very interesting brief history of the building."

"We stayed 3 days, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The hotel featured Swiss Alps type atmosphere and was close to the town center. The breakfast included was the best one that we've had in our stay in Italy hands down. the family who owned and ran the hotel was very generous and kind, helping us in ways that were above and beyond."

"L’albergo è posizionato in un bellissimo punto con vista sulle camere davanti meravigliosa. La piscina ok. Il ristorante buono. Purtroppo però l’albergo è datato con stanza che richiedono disperatamente di essere risistemate completamente. La zona reception è stata rinnovata, ma le camere sono un pianto! "Albergo situato a pochi passi dal centro di Scanno. Posizione tranquilla, personale cordiale e disponibile. Io sono arrivato in moto e ho utilizzato il garage dell'albergo. Colazione standard, camera matrimoniale piccola, ma pulita. "
