We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. "My wife and I revisited this hotel for the first time in 26 years. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms is amazing. The pool is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. We walked in to Draguignan for the evening. Took about 45 minutes each way but was nice not to use the car and enjoy the scenery. We'll be back for sure."

The owner and staff were warm and welcoming, the dinner and breakfast they prepared were highest quality, and the room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Everything about our experience here was excellent and we would stay here again."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming however once we got to our rooms, they were very dim, we found a few spiders and the beds were not the most comfortable. Food selection was ok and you get wine included in your dinner if you go half board. We were also sent in the wrong directions for hiring paddle boats in Gorge du Verdon unfortunately. "
