"Room was a decent size, comfortable and had a pleasant view. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also good with a wide variety of food. We did ask for a quiet room if possible and unfortunately it turned out to be the opposite. Right next to the lift. Lots of noise also coming from the room above that did disrupt our sleep."

"I enjoyed the stay except that the pool was being cleaned in the middle of the day so we were not able to use. The a/c (and all electronics) only worked when the key was inserted into a slot-- meaning we came back to a hot room every time. The restaurant opened late and was fairly pricey. "After 11pm we were not allowed to leave the property, we arrived 10:30 pm due to travel conditions, hungry. We were not able to go nowhere to buy nothing because they will lock the door? Dirty lobby, broken elevator, dirty room bathroom ceiling about to fall on your head. Noisy as sleeping under a bridge. Don't bother with this property, I don't know how they have the nerves to be listed as an option to stay. Expedia, you should check it too before listing."
