"This hotel was such a great find! It’s very near the airport bus drop off and metro station and not far from the main shopping street but still nice and quiet. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the whole hotel was so clean. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice and fresh produce. The staff is hit or miss - some border dismissive but others - thanks to Gabriella, in particular - are very helpful. Important Note: we got sick and were unable to fly home as scheduled, so we needed to extend our stay. Given our condition, we simply went to the desk (twice) and they processed our request.
