"Stayed one night whilst travelling south. Perfectly reasonable motel style accommodation. Clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Only a short walk into the centre where there are restaurants and a useful carrefour express."

Also, in this particular hotel, dogs were not allowed into the bar area or even the reception area. This would have proved impossible if I had been travelling alone!! "The hotel was really lovely. Decor had been lovingly thought about and the owners are very much hands on. They have spent a lot of time getting the hotel to perfection. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet too. Large room and large bathroom. They had run out of croissants and pastries at 9am (breakfast finishes at 9.30). I didn’t ask so perhaps there were more available."

"In France most restaurants close at 21:00. Odd but true. Because of cancellations at the Channel Tunnel we were delayed leaving the UK by 2 hours and arrived in Tennie at 21:30. Frederick the owner had prepared us a very pleasant meal with an extremely welcome bottle of Pomerol. We have a small dog who was also made very welcome.
