I had a last minute delay and they refunded my first night even though it was past the cut-off date. I stayed an extra night, but there was a misunderstanding that they didn't get that I wanted to stay 2 extra nights. The manager was very helpful and found me a place to stay for the extra night. "I have stayed here before. It is a wonderful motel with nearby grocery stores, taverns, and restaurant facilities. Quiet and off the main road. On arrival you may be a bit hesitant because it is located near a historic building in need of renovation, but it is worth it. Rooms are clean, breakfast is fresh and yummy. "

"The hotel is excellent and the restaurant is fantastic and the staff is just wonderful. While the hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station it is not difficult just allot about a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is so convenient to many of the sites, places of interest, and restaurants."
