"The services from Rebecca, the manager and other receptionist lady were great and thank you so much for the upgraded room which is greatly appreciated. The hotel is generally very good especially in the restaurant and reception areas and although the rooms were a bit dated they were clean. The location is 15 mins walk to the centre and there were lots of free parking at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good but the sausage was poor quality! I would return on my next visit to Derby. Thank you...

"The hotel is 5 minutes from the station and shops. Having Tesco express next to the place is very handy. Room was very clean and tidy Breakfast had a vast selection of products and dairy free alternatives ( on demand ) Staff was super friendly and happy to help, keeping our luggages after check out "

"Easy access to where we needed to be. Parking was extra but understandable due to proximity of football stadium, hotel gives you a discount code so not too expensive. Room has all amenities you need. The room was a little cold due to poor seal around window but the curtains helped. Breakfast was great, much better than another hotel chain beginning with T! The orange juice actually tasted of orange! We ate out on first night as there a couple of restaurants nearby but we ate in the hotel 2nd...

"Good afternoon, I just wanted to thank you so much. me and my wife stopped at the Binghham Townhouse last night and had a meal at Yeung Sing followed by drinks at House of Eve. Everything was fantastic - the food - the best Chinese meal I have ever had! the drinks, the accommodation and the staff. Pok U was incredibly courteous and made time to have a chat with us which was lovely and made us feel so welcome. "
