"Great spot to stay while in Derry! The room and private bathroom were good sizes - enough space for my partner and I with our luggage. We were able to store our luggage with the key shop in front before our check-in time which was clutch. There was a shared kitchen on our floor which also included a washing machine. Didn’t need to use the washing machine but could be useful. The kitchen was stacked and even had some fruit and bread. Place was centrally located and walking distance to everything...

There is a nice bar attached just refitted, Underfloor heating in the bathroom is a nice touch also. One of the few hotels I have had a decent sleep in their beds. It is on a busy road so during the week the traffic starts around 6.30 but not really an issue as I would be be getting up for work. They make really good proper scramble eggs for breakfast. "Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. "

"I spent 2 nights here. The location is very convenient for the city with ample parking. The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Extra supplies of toothpaste, shower gel etc in case you forget anything. Bed was really comfortable. I didn't use the breakfast facility so can't comment on that. Would definitely return😃"
