"Sweet little hotel in the middle of the pedestrian zone of old Plovdiv. A refurbushed house, it has quirks but also modern amenities like AC, lovely bath, etc. The welcome from the staff was great; having guest names written on little chalkboards to welcome us is a cute touch. Most importantly, they were super helpful when I realized I'd left something behind - immediately responsive and kept it safe until I could return. "Although the room was small and the restroom smaller, it fulfills the objective for one night, being very well located and with a lift."

"We stayed a week in the hotel. Dimitri was excellent from the time we arrived and very helpful. Explained all the places to visit and how to get there. Breakfast was good and kept us going all morning and also varied daily. Final day my wife left her phone in the taxi and Dimitri helped us by calling the taxi driver and got him to deliver it it to the bus station."

"Gem of a property in the city centre. Very clean, modern and has all the amenities. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Round the corner from restaurants and other eateries and supermarkets! Amazing experience. Loved it. "

"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "
