"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. "We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday.
