"One of the few times a hotel is better than expectations. The reviews were good before we arrived so expecting a good experience but literally could fault the hotel. Staff are friendly, pool clean, bedrooms clean breakfast was nice.. just all round a good hotel. Only down side, and it’s not a hotel issue, is it’s a walking distance to main Denia, around 0.5-1 mile walk.. fine on way out but a bit more messy after some cocktails and tapas. We would stay again, more of a quiet hotel but fine. "

"This is a quirky adult only hotel. The building is dated and the rooms were pretty small. No refrigerators in the rooms, which was a challenge for me as I have medication that needs to be kept cold. I had to request ice from the bar twice a day, but they did accommodate my requests. We paid for two meals a day to be included with our reservation and the food was very good, though you have to pay extra for most beverages. The pool area was clean and aesthetically pleasing. "We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...

"The location is terrific - right across from the beach. We had a room with partial view that allowed us to watch the sunrise over the sea in the morning. The hotel overall feels a bit tired but the staff are wonderful and the surrounding area is terrific. One of the best beaches I have seen and plenty of options for walking along to enjoy it. The dinner buffet was okay but a great value given the price. The breakfast had plenty of options. "
