"No idea how this has a 3 star rating - run down dirty hotel tried to give us a room that had not been cleaned so changed it. We booked for 5 of us - 2 rooms but room was twin and double had to pay extra for extra bed. Would never recommend you stay with children more like hotel/ rent room by the hour if you know what I mean we were only there 1 night as visiting friends in area but got everyone up extra early next morning to get out. "The hotel is in such a beautiful location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and the sea view balcony offers amazing views, definitely get the sea view for the extra few pounds it is so worth it! Breakfast is excellent. Staff are amazing apart from one man with grey top knot on reception who was a little rude on a few occasions. Did not spoil it but could do with more customer services training! "This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"Stayed at the end of the season and hotel probably in need of a little post season TLC. Staff very friendly, we had the pool area to ourselves most days and they still had bar area attended. "The villas were clean and equipped well enough for us as we only had an overnight stay but with a few additions of your own, they would be quite comfortable for an extended period. Property was well taken care of and the pool was a pleasant welcome. "
