"Totally amazed by the staff service for the price I’m paying. The room is big, clean and bottles of drinking water given (F.o.c) upon requested. Just a little disappointed. The Aircon in the room, which is warm making the room stuffy and I have to open the window. I had woke up perspiring in the middle of the night."

"They refused to accept booking made on your website which mentions break fast included. No breakfast was served , at 8 am all plates were empty. I had to live without breakfast for 2 days. Hotel staff not cooperative. The restaurant is only for name sake. My business trip was spoiled. I am planning to take legal recourse against Hotels.com"
