"The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. "Nice for a short stay. We booked a room with balcony as per images, but our balcony was completely boarded up with bamboo so we had no view. There is little soundproofing and you can hear next door, people moving above you and loads of noise from outside. Room was clean and simple. Most disapointing was the breakfast, the food was basic and looked like last nights dinner heated up. Recommend going 3 mins down the road to Thong Dong for breakfast instead. Cleaner tried to open our door at 10AM...
